Whilst our payment procedures were already secure, we have recently made them PCI Level 1 compliant.
What this necessitates is that when entering your correspondence details you must ensure that these are complete and match those connected to your credit/debit card. If you see a cross in the top text box with the message ‘Add card failed, please try again’ please return to the correspondence address screen and check this information especially checking there are no additional full stops, spaces or other unnecessary punctuation.
