Once your order is printed and despatched, you will be sent a despatch notification email to confirm this has taken place.  Royal Mail aim to deliver within 2 working days for 1st class UK post but it can sometimes  take 4 working days, if you have not received your items within this time please contact customer services.

Royal Mail aim to deliver to European destinations within three working days and worldwide within five, however this is not guaranteed and can regularly take up to 7 working days for European destinations, or 10 working days Worldwide.  If you have not received your items within these estimated times, please contact customer services.
