Why doesn't it save a Partner/Dependant to my Contact when I have filled in their details?

Make sure that you click the SAVE button at the bottom of the form each time you add a Partner or Dependant to a Contact Address, otherwise it will not save the information you have entered.

 

A tick will appear at the top of the screen to say that you have successfully added it to that contact address.
