  PREVIEW AND PROOF
  What is Previewing and Proofing?
When you Preview and Proof your design you are checking it and signing it off for print. Here you view the layout and contents of your card and make any amendments. The card will be printed EXACTLY as it appears on these screens.

How do I Preview and Proof my card?
Click on the page icons to scroll through and view each page of the card.

If you have a Mailing List be sure to view each of the Contacts in your list to check that all the names etc display correctly. Scroll through each of the contacts in your list by clicking the <<previous or next>> links. If you would like to edit a contact at this point click on EDIT next to that contact to edit it.

If you have envelopes with your cards be sure to click on the link (show envelope) to see how the address will appear on the printed envelope.

What if I want to edit my card at the Preview and Proof stage?
If you see anything on the card design that you are not happy with then click EDIT button to alter it. This takes you back to the 'Personalise Your Design Screen'.

Remember to click the UPDATE DESIGN button to save any amendments you make here, then navigate back to the Preview screen by clicking 'Display Preview' in the left hand navigation menu.
