  I forgot my password, what do I do?
  Go to the Login to Ballistic Blue page by selecting LOGIN on the top navigation bar and enter the email address you use to log into the site under the heading ¡ÆForgotten your password?'

We will send a new temporary password to that email address. We advise that as soon as you have received this new temporary password you use it to log into the site and immediately go to the
My Account, Personal Details section and select RESET PASSWORD to change it to something more memorable.
   
  How do I alter my Password?
  Log into My Account with your currently registered email address and password and use the left hand navigation menu to select Personal Details. Click on the RESET PASSWORD button, this will take you to the Modify Password page. Enter your email and new password and click SAVE. Your new password will now be set.
   
  How do I change my email address?
 

Log into My Account with your currently registered email address and password and use the left hand navigation menu to select Personal Details.

Enter the new email address you would like to use and then click the SAVE button at the bottom of the screen. You will now use this new email to log into the site in future visits.

   
  How do I register with Ballistic Blue?
  Registering with Ballistic Blue is FREE and only takes a minute. It will give you access to lots of extra site features and you will be the first to hear of all the exciting new products and offers!

To Register simply click on the
LOGIN link on the top navigation bar of the site. Select the REGISTER button under the heading Not yet registered? then simply fill in the form, (asterix fields are compulsory). You will use the email address and password that you enter on this form to login during future visits to the site. Click REGISTER button to complete the process.
   
  How do I sign into My Account?
  Simply select LOG IN from the right hand side of the top navigation bar and enter the email address and password you registered with, where indicated, under the heading Already registered then click LOG IN button.
   
  What are my contact addresses?
  A Contact is an address that is stored in your Address Book.

Contacts can be used to build
Mailing Lists to automatically fill in names and addresses of people / recipients you would like to send out your cards to, saving you time and effort.

  What are Recipients?
  A Recipient is a Contact from the Address Book that has been attributed to a Mailing List.
   
  Where can I view orders I have placed?
   
  A list of all the orders you have placed are held in My Account under
Previous Orders.
   
  N.B However once your order has been placed you can not view the recipient list or mailing list you originally attached to it
   
  How do I trace my current order?
  To keep a track on your current order log into My Account and select Previous Orders. You will be able to view the status of your current order by...
   
  I can't save anything to my library?
  If your library is full you will not be able to save another item to it without first deleting something from it. You can save a maximum of 20 items in My Account.
   
  What is the Shipping Address?
 

The shipping address is the address you choose to have your cards send to.

   
  Where can I edit my Personal Details?
  You can edit Personal Details at any time by logging into My Account, amending and saving your details.

  How Secure is the site?
  BallisticBlue.com uses a secure-server and our software encrypts all your personal information including credit or debit card numbers, names and addresses.   How do I pay?
  Paying for items from Ballistic Blue is done using Credit/Debit Cards via the Internet only. We do not accept cheques, postal orders or cash in return for goods.

Paying for your items using a Credit or Debit Card is safe and secure and we take good care of your Card details on our secure server.

  Prepay
  With the Ballistic Blue website you have the option to Prepay. Each time you add £50 or more to your Prepay account we will credit your account with a bonus of 10%. You can access Prepay through My Account.
   
  Credit/Debit Card

  Will my invitations be sent directly to the guests?
  Choose whether to have your invitations sent to you directly so that you can give them out or post them yourself or make your life easier by getting us to post them for you, using the Mailing List feature.
   
  Why doesn't it save a Partner/Dependant to my contact when I have filled in their details?
  Make sure that you click the SAVE button at the bottom of the form each time you add a Partner or Dependant to a Contact Address, otherwise it will not save the information you have entered.

A tick will appear at the top of the screen to say that you have successfully added it to that contact address.
   
  Why does the same text I have entered, on a
previous card, appear on a new card?
  If you select a new card with the same text fields as the previous one, then all the information that you have entered in that previous card will be automatically entered into the new card for you.

This is to help make creating your Ballistic Blue cards quicker and easier, if you do not require the same information simply type in the new copy you want and click
UPDATE to see it on your chosen card.
