Text
On all of the card designs you can personalise the majority of the
text by typing into the text boxes on the right hand side of the screen.

|
|
Some of the designs
have various colour options available; these are shown as
swatches at the side of each design.

Click on a swatch to view that colour scheme in more detail
or simply click the ALL colour wheel to view all colour options
at once. |

| |
 |
Some of the Card Designs
(particularly those with Larger Text Sizes) have more than one
layout option available so that you may choose the one that
best suit your text content. |

How
do I personalise the text on my chosen card design? |
|

To start adding text to your card type your
own details into the text boxes under the heading 'Customise your
text' on the right hand side of the screen. |

The
headings above these text boxes correspond to a particular area on
the card you are personalising.
REMEMBER to always click UPDATE to see how the text
will appear on your card. |

The
Mailing
List needs to be activated if you are sending personalised
invitations (these have the recipients name and/or address printed
on the card and/or envelope) to more than one person. If not then
the Mailing
List can be left deactivated. More

When you are happy with how your card looks so far click CONTINUE
to progress to the next page of your card, alternatively click the
SAVE button to save it to 'My
Library'.

of the card design allow you to navigate between the pages of
your card as you are editing it. |

If you
input a line of text in one of the text boxes and it splits the line
in the wrong place when you UPDATE design, try putting a return
in the text. |

pressing RETURN or SHIFT+RETURN. |

What

When
the mailing list is turned on, fields such as <FRIENDLYNAME>
will appear on your designs to show where the data from your mailing
list will be printed. |

How do I upload an image or logo onto my card? |
|
|
|
|
| |
 |
If the card you have selected supports IMAGE UPLOAD, click on the IMAGE tab in the right hand panel above the text editor. |
|

Images that can be replaced will appear in a list on each side of the card.
First select the image you wish
to replace above.
Some image upload cards may allow you to remove an image altogether without replacing it. |

You can either upload a new image or choose one from your image library. We will give you all the information you need about the size and type of image to use next. |
|

This allows you select an image you have previously uploaded from your library. |
|
|
 |
This allows you to upload a new image into your library for use with this design. |
|

This allows you to return to the card without making any changes to the image or design. |

To upload an image: |

- First give your image a name. |
| |
- Then click BROWSE to find where the image is stored on your PC. |
| |
- Finally click UPLOAD and the file will transfer and appear in your design. |

The quality of an image changes depending on the scale options you have chosen.
We strongly advise against printing anything other than an image with HIGH quality. Anything less than HIGH will be of poor quality and will not appear ‘sharp’ when printed. |

| Stretches the image to exactly cover the available space even if this means the image is stretched out of shape. |

The following file formats are available to upload: JPEG, GIF, and PNG.
We cannot accept files that are larger than 2Mb in size. |

How
do I change my card design? |
|
|
|
|
| |
 |
At any point you can change
your card design, from the one you have chosen, by clicking
on the red CHANGE buttons in the left hand navigation
menu and selecting a new design from the ones displayed in the
various occasions.
Alternatively, if the card design you are currently working
on is displayed in the 'My
Current Item' area, you can click on the NEW
button to pick another design. |

How
do I save my card design? |
|

|
|
| |
You
can save your card to 'My
Library' by clicking the blue SAVE button at the
bottom of the page in the 'Personalise
your card' section of the site.
Alternatively you can save it when it is displayed in the 'My
Current Item' panel at the top right hand side of the screen
by clicking the SAVE button.

you have finished personalising all the pages of your card, you will
get, (where applicable), a choice of 3 envelopes options:
