1 Amendments to this Policy

2. Information Collected

2.1 We collect the details provided by You on registration together with information We learn about You from Your use of Our service and Your visits to the Site and other sites accessible from it. We also collect information about the transactions You undertake including details of payment cards used.

2.2 We may collect additional information in connection with Your participation in any promotions or competitions offered by Us and information You provide when giving Us feedback or completing profile forms. 4.5 You may amend the personal information You provided to Us at any time by accessing 'My Account' on the Site.

4.6 Data that is sent to Us by You will be stored in a database on a server housed in secure premises. The server will be maintained in accordance with good industry practices, currently known security practices, such as physical access restrictions, monitoring and applying latest security patches as they become available, protection behind a firewall and any other reasonable precautions We deem necessary. However, Our liability to You in case of unauthorised data disclosure which is not due to Our negligence is limited to £100.

4.7 Whenever You need to provide personal data to Us (including, but not limited to, Your name, address, credit card details, and any names and addresses for a mailing list of people to whom You wish to send products) We encrypt the information passing between Us and Your browser using industry standard 128-bit SSL encryption. Your browser needs to be able to support this encryption in order to use Our services. Before You can use these personalised services We ask You to register with Our Site. You must be aware that You should always log-off Our Site and close Your browser when You have finished accessing Our services to avoid anyone being able to utilise Your account. 4.8 Access to Your account is activity time limited for Your protection. After a set period of 10 minutes without any activity You will be required to enter Your username and password again in order to continue using the service.

4.9 During the process of fulfilling Your order We copy Your personal information to Our premises. We will archive order information here for Our and Your future reference and legal requirements. We will also periodically archive/delete information from the publicly available server when it has become stale or surplus to requirements. Items that are produced and contain private information (such as names and addresses) are securely disposed of if not required.

5. Disclosures of Your Information

5.1 Your information may be passed to and used by all of Our group companies. Save as set out in this Privacy Policy, We will never pass Your personal data to anyone else, except for any successors in title to Our business and suppliers that process data on Our behalf. We may also use and disclose information in aggregate (so that no individual customers are identified) for marketing and strategic development purposes.

5.2 From time to time certain third parties may have access to Your personal data, for example, third parties in charge of mobile communications. This is necessary for the purpose of order fulfilment. Such third parties will access the information needed to perform their functions, but are required to keep it secure and confidential and not use it for any other purpose than completing their contractual requirement to Us. We will not sell Your personal data to any third party for marketing purposes.

6.1 The Site may contain links to other web sites which are outside Our control and are not covered by this Privacy Policy. If You access other sites using the links provided, the operators of these sites may collect information from You which will be used by them in accordance with their privacy policy, which may differ from Ours.

7. Data Protection Compliance

7.1 If You are a business or a data controller within the meaning of the Data Protection Act 1998 You warrant to Us absolutely that You have complied with Your obligations under the Data Protection Act 1998 and acknowledge that You will at all times retain all the responsibilities of a data controller within the meaning of the Act.

7.2 When You visit the Site or send e-mails to Us, You are communicating with Us electronically. We communicate with You by e-mail or by posting notices on the Site. For contractual purposes, You consent to receive communication from Us electronically and You agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures and other communications that We provide to You electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications is in writing. 

8 Cookies

8.1 "Cookies" are small pieces of information sent by a web server to a web browser, which enables the server to collect information from the browser.
